Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver high-quality consulting services to financial services clients, including Banks and NBFCs.
- Assist in conducting comprehensive risk assessments and developing risk management strategies tailored to client needs.
- Support in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and presenting findings to clients.
- Assist in the implementation of regulatory compliance frameworks and best practices within client organizations.
- Contribute to the development of business plans, financial models, and strategies to enhance client profitability and competitiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks affecting the financial services sector.
Key Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field; fresher Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
