looking for a talented individual to join our RenewBuy founders’ office team in Gurgaon and play a crucial role in supporting our strategic initiatives and investor relations efforts.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the senior management in investor relations, growth strategy, and fundraising activities for the company.
2. Develop monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and analyse variances between budgeted and actual numbers for presentation to senior management and external stakeholders.
3. Develop business plans, forecasting models and scenario analysis and track performance against plan.
4. Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure seamless data flow and make recommendations for operational efficiency improvements.
5. Proactively identify and resolve issues while anticipating the needs of the co-founders and senior management to streamline workflow processes.
6. Coordinate special projects and initiatives led by the founders, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
What We’re Looking For:
– CA/ MBA with 1-3 years of experience in Big 4 / Boutique Investment Banks / FinTech Startup
– Previous experience in Corporate Strategy / M&A / Transaction Services/ Investment Banking Role
Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
