Position – Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of target companies, assessing historical financial performance and identifying key trends.
- Due Diligence Planning: Collaborate with engagement teams to plan and execute financial due diligence engagements for international clients.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate financial and operational risks associated with potential mergers, acquisitions, or business transactions.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and analyze financial models to assess the impact of various scenarios on the target company’s financial performance.
- Data Collection and Review: Gather and review financial and operational data, ensuring completeness and accuracy for informed decision-making.
