Role – Manager/Senior Manager
• Responsible for business planning, modelling and forecasting for the company
• Setting appropriate data/MIS and review structures across levels
• Create board presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items
• Setting up appropriate data and information structures to develop/present holistic view of business numbers
• Prepare decision making frameworks, setting mechanisms and setting up projects with an objective of improving operating performance including better allocation of resources, eliminating inefficiencies and improving productivity across business verticals
• Monitor progress and performance against set objectives, highlight deviations and course corrections needed due to internal or external factors
• Be an integral part of the business reviews with Business Heads and CEO
